In that vein, I tried something different on my turkey over the holidays. After putting the traditional sage bread stuffing into the bird, I massaged some soft butter onto the skin and then patted on fresh rosemary. The resulting meat was so incredible, we could not believe we had never tried this before. Give it a try! If you live where you have an actual 'winter', you could grow a small rosemary plant indoors in a pot.
